GLUTE TRAINING

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today, and as you can see by our logo we take it seriously. We offer one of the best glute emphasized training programs in the area. I am a big fan of Bret Contreras and have had the opportunity to receive tips and pointers to make this program better. This is what the Bay Area has been missing. We train hard with bands and resistance training directed by the most effective ways to target all areas of the glutes in one hour.

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING

Our small group personal training was created so that our clients could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and performance. In the small group PT sessions we focus on lifting weights, building strength and improving performance. The groups have between 3-6 people with structured and adaptable monthly programs (we adjust to the individual) as well as over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and you’ll never get bored – while building strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out.

At NGU, we offer customized one-on-one training in the East Bay. You and your dedicated personal trainer will create a plan that’s tailored specifically to your goals.
