Making Fitness Fun
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting the program to whomever steps into this facility.
Real Experiences, Stunning Results
I picked Danny Valenzuela as a trainer to recover from a ski accident that resulted in a severe knee injury, including damaged ACL, torn cartilage, and broken tibia. When Danny initially started training me, I had been on crutches for 3 months, and I could barely walk or stand straight without a great deal of pain.
Danny put me on a special training regimen that he had expertly designed for me to gradually recover from my injuries and to eventually bring me back to my pre-injury strength level. Within 2 months of training with Danny, I was able to do heavy squats again, and after 6 months, I was back to doing boot camps at close to my original pace!
The surgeon who originally treated my knee injuries told me it would take 1 1/2 to 2 years for a full recovery, but Danny's expert training made all the difference and allowed me to recover in record time. Now I'm skiing again and back to doing boot camps as good as before my injuries.
